What documents do I need for a home loan?
For salaried applicants: PAN, Aadhaar, last 3 months salary slips, 6 months bank statement, Form 16, property documents. For self-employed: PAN, Aadhaar, business proof, last 2 years ITR with computation, bank statements, property documents. Visit the Documents page for the complete checklist.
How much loan am I eligible for?
Home loan eligibility is typically 60-70x your monthly income for salaried employees. FOIR (Fixed Obligations to Income Ratio) should stay below 50-60%. Use our Eligibility Calculator to check your exact amount based on income, existing EMIs and tenure.
What is the current home loan interest rate?
Home loan rates currently start from 7.20% p.a. (floating) for prime salaried customers. LAP starts at 8.60%, Business Loans at 11.00%, NRI at 7.50%. Actual rate depends on CIBIL score, income, employer profile and property location.
How long does loan approval take?
Typically 7-15 working days from document submission. Pre-approved loans can disburse in 3-5 days. Our deep bank relationships built over 22+ years of industry experience ensure faster processing than direct bank applications.
What's the difference between Home Loan and LAP?
Home Loan is to buy/build a new property. LAP (Loan Against Property) is borrowing against an existing property you own. LAP can be used for any need — business, education, marriage, etc. Home loans get tax benefits; LAP offers flexibility of use.
Do you charge any fees?

Can I get a loan with low CIBIL score?
